The prices can vary greatly. The furniture stores, such as IKEA, JYSK, MÖMAX or XXXLUTZ usually establish a certain percentage of the gross purchase price plus a standard call-out fee. However, the independent providers tend to quote hourly rates for assembly services. There can be significant differences in the amount of time, work and tools required for assembling furniture due to external factors and manufacturing quality that should be considered, too.

Do you have liability insurance?
We are fully insured by UNIQA up to HUF 10,000,000, policy number: 5158644. We have been in business for many years without the need to use our insurance policy. Nevertheless, any accidental damage attributable to us will be duly recorded and compensated.
Do you accept tips?
If you are happy with our services feel free to give a tip, but it’s not expected.
Do you take any precautions or measures during work?
For your safety keep away from the working area (particularly children and pets) until the project is completely finished. Let us know if you want our colleagues to remove their shoes or wear disposable shoe covers. Unless otherwise provided, our colleagues will use face masks due to the COVID-19 situation (Government Decree No. 603/2020 (XII. 18.).
In multi-storey buildings please ensure the furniture requiring assembly is moved to the place of intended use. Naturally, our colleagues will take care of same-level shifting of furniture free of charge.
Do you provide guarantee?
Yes, assembly service guarantee is provided. Assembly is covered by 1-year guarantee (subject to regular intended use of furniture). Naturally, our guarantee is not to be confused with the manufacturer’s quality assurance granted by the manufacturer / distributor. We undertake assembly service guarantee only!

Yes, we provide express services within 12 hours! It comes with an extra charge of HUF 10,000, and you will have to book in advance!
Do you offer solutions for plasterboard walls?
Yes, our team is equipped with the necessary tools to provide quality solutions and offer advice for safety. Let us know in advance so we can carry out a prior site assessment.
How and when should I pay?
If you are happy with our service you can pay the full amount by card / credit card or cash on the spot after delivery.
Let us know in advance if you request card payment and/or VAT invoice to ensure we have a mobile terminal and invoicing solution available.
Do you provide small move in combination with repair?
Yes, depending on the size of your furniture! We can provide vehicle capacity for moving furniture up to 3.5 tonnes and 3 metres. Please call us at +36 20 936 1778.
What types of furniture do you do? Is there any exception?
No exceptions! We do all types! Furniture assembly for any type, including larger properties with garden.
Do I get a phone call before you arrive?
Yes! Unless you request assembly services within 12 hours, our team will call you to finalise arrangements on the day before we arrive.
Why do we want as much information as possible before assembly?
The more information we have, the fastest the service, and it ultimately saves money for you as well. Sending us photographs can be a simple solution, then we can discuss the rest on the phone.

What happens in case of damaged furniture or missing parts?
It is the customer’s duty to contact the store where the product comes from so as to re-order any damaged or missing elements/parts.
In a case like this unfortunately a new appointment will have to be booked, but only the standard call-out fee will be charged.
Is there a minimum rate for assembly?
Do you provide disassembly services?
Yes, we do. We will also reassemble your furniture, should it be required in the same building.

Do you work and/or take phone calls at the weekends?

Do you charge for parking or extra mileage?
Of course not! Some firms do, but not us!

How to prepare the site before the assembly team arrives?
Please ensure that every flat-pack item is moved to the required place of assembly. Clean the area and provide as much room as possible for our team so they can work swiftly, also saving you money!
How long does it take to assemble my furniture?
It depends on the type and quantity. We work swiftly, without compromising quality. Our experienced teams use the most efficient tools and methods to assemble/install furniture as quickly as possible so as to be able to fulfil multiple orders every day.
Will you fix incorrect assembly and/or supply any missing parts?
Yes, we will fix incorrectly assembled furniture, depending on the type of error and any potential damage resulting from it.
